Sleep is basically essential for the overall health process. Testosterone is released primarily in sleep, and if you are not taking rest properly then the amount of this hormone can get disturb, which will have a direct effect on beard growth. Our body temperature lowers down while we sleep so it is helpful to increase blood circulation, and this circulation includes circulation to hair follicles and their roots. Another beautiful myth, they are only used for moisturizing your hairs. It is not helpful in the growth, but one thing is possible that if you are applying thick oil on your beard then the appearance of beard can be thicker. But scientifically there is no evidence that beard oils are helpful and it cannot change your genetic capabilities.

Beards are dirty

You can keep your beard clean by washing it regularly. You may have heard that thick beards have a lot of feces but in this world everything has an amount of feces not only beards are responsible. So the solution is simple: you can wash your beard regularly for keep your beard clean and neat.

Beards are too itchy

Normally all of us have itch, and it is quite normal to have itch on the stage of growth. But if anyone is thinking that the beard itself is itchy then its wrong they are not itchy but you may have some itch while you are growing your beard.

Beards are too hot in summer

This truth is opposite because beards are a shield for your face. It is helpful to block ultraviolet rays from your face. So this myth is also a myth.
