Vegans are different from vegetarians. Because vegetarianism are very common for centuries, in India the followers of Sanatan religion do not use animal’s meat. So they are called vegetarian. Hindus are the best examples of vegetarians. But vegans are different from vegetarians. They might not be followers of Sanatan religion and they can be found anywhere in the world and any religion. They are very strict people while vegetarian people use milk and sometimes eggs, but vegan nor use egg, milk neight their skin products. So we can say that vegans are one step ahead from vegetarians.

As we know that vegan peoples don’t use any animal products so they need each and every element which is necessary for our body. They use foods which have all essential items like minerals, vitamins, and protein. For proteins they use beans, peas, and lentils. As an alternative to dairy products they use soy milk, coconut milk and almond milk. They get iron from tofu, soy, and spinach. But there is one vitamin which is impossible to get from plants that is vitamin b12. This is pure animal product. They use supplements for getting vitamin B12.
